Motivation: Get a New Mirror

Here’s a quick and easy motivational tip: get a new mirror. I believe the mirror is one of the best ways to track progress, be it in building your physique or losing body fat. Calipers and tape measures and scales are all good, but at the end of the day you need to be happy with what you see in the mirror. You may not look the way you want, but you can see if you’re going in the direction you want.

Problem is, when we look in the same mirror every day we tend to get used to what we see and because the changes are so small and incremental we miss them. So get a new mirror, or just move your old one to a new spot. You may be surprised.
